Privacy Policy

Milo is a friendly agenda app for planning birthdays, trips, and get-togethers, made by TigerMind Labs. This policy explains what information Milo handles and how it is used. The short version: your plans belong to you, we collect only what the app needs to work, and we never sell your data.

Information we collect

• Account information. If you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from the sign-in provider. This identifies your account and lets friends recognize you on shared calendars.
• Your plans and calendars. Plans, calendars, itineraries, notes, and locations you create are stored on your device. When you share a calendar or accept an invite, that calendar's content is also stored on our servers so it can sync between members.
• Invite emails. When you invite someone by email, we store that email address so the invite can reach them when they sign in.

What we don't do

• We do not sell or rent your personal information.
• We do not show ads and do not use advertising trackers.
• We do not access your device's contacts, photos, or location.
• We do not collect analytics profiles about you.

How your information is used

Your information is used solely to run Milo: signing you in, syncing shared calendars between members, delivering invites, and sending optional local reminders you configure. Reminders are scheduled on your device and never leave it.

Sharing

When you join a shared calendar, other members of that calendar can see your name and the plans on that calendar. Nothing is shared with anyone unless you create or join a shared calendar yourself. Guest mode stores everything on your device only.

Data retention and deletion

Deleting a plan or calendar in the app removes it. Removing a shared calendar you own deletes its synced copy from our servers. If you want your account data removed entirely, contact us and we will delete it.

Security

Data syncs over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Sign-in uses industry-standard OAuth — Milo never sees or stores your Google or Apple password.

Children

Milo is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date above.
